SendHub Referral Program Terms & Conditions
This agreement is updated as of January 21st, 2021 replacing all previous versions in their entirety.
By participating in the SendHub Referral Program, you (the “Referrer” and “Referred Customer”) agree to abide by these SendHub Referral Program Terms & Conditions.
Defined Terms
Referrer: you, an existing SendHub customer *
Referred Customer: a friend or family member who has not previously signed up with SendHub before and to whom completely fills out the SendHub Referral Program Form and signs up for our referral program.
Referral Link: The referred customer fill out this form.
Referral Credit: promotional credit applied to your SendHub account. Referral credits can only be applied to continental U.S. and Canada based customers.

For the Referrer
How to Earn a Referrer Discount: To qualify for 1000 free messages, you must (i) be a registered and current SendHub customer (ii) refer only unique new SendHub customers who do not have not previously or currently have a SendHub account.
How to Earn Subsequent Referrer Discounts: For every subsequently referred discount, you will earn 1000 free SMS 30 days after the referred customer has renewed on a paid plan that is $19/month or more.
Referral Credit Exclusions: Each Referral Credit is non-transferable, not valid for cash or cash equivalent and cannot be combined with other offers.

How to Earn 1000 Free SMS: To qualify for 1000 free messages, you must (i) be referred by an existing SendHub customer (ii) fill out the SendHub referral program form (iii) connect with our team (iv) create your SendHub account (v) confirm with SendHub to add your 1000 messages.
Once the referred creates their SendHub account, the sales representative can place the customer on a plan for $19 a month more. The trial includes 1000 free SMS and 150 maximum recipients per SMS, if the new customer does not delete the account, they will be charged 30 days later on a monthly subscription.
Following the Rules
The SendHub referral program reserves the right to review, investigate and disqualify any Referral Credit that violates the SendHub Referral Program, such as attempting to gain a Discount through self-referral by using a different email address or distributing Referral Link via commercial advertising or spam. SendHub may delay any Discount for the purposes of investigation and may refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.
Referrers must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws and marketing regulations, which may include the laws where the intended Referred Customers live. Any distribution of the Referral Link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from SendHub’s Referral Program. SendHub automatically disqualifies suspicious referrals.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms
SendHub reserves the right to cancel the SendHub Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. The SendHub Referral Program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice at SendHub’s sole discretion.
